Accordingly, we guarantee delivery of all orders purchased directly through this website to arrive in good condition at the specified shipping address provided. We try our best to package and protect your orders. A nicely wrapped package of chocolate will be placed in a protective Styrofoam box for shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days from day you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be extremely damaged and unused, meaning in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot be responsible for orders returned to us due to invalid addresses. Once items are returned to Demeersman they are no longer saleable.
